poor english small gym
the breakfast was acceptable, a variety of options were present.
this place wasn't great. the staff english was poor. my room had no phone, a big inconvenience when i needed assistance. the gym is small and not well-equipped, disappointing for a resort of this supposed caliber.

dirty towels laundry service
the villa location offered great sunset views it was on a quieter side of the island a benefit i considered acceptable.
i found that attention to detail lacked during cleaning new sheets and towels were sometimes dirty i think they should invest in good laundry service or new linens
